We were selected to develop an end to end Business Planning Process - including line definition (design), fabric platforming, account plans and inventory purchasing. The project also included the process of recommending a Planning solution and the implementation of the solution.
Developed a new in-store selling program for all the sales associates in the chain, including a corporate training program, to drive revenue and change from an expense saving based philosophy to a sales driven organization. Key areas of focus were clienteling, upt increase, average $ per transaction, traffic conversion, etc.
